Contingency Search:
Our standard terms for Contingency searches are:
Fee: 30% of first year's base salary. We provide a 90 day guarantee. Net due 30 days from start date.

Retained Search:
Our standard terms for Retained searches are:
Fee: 33% of first year's base salary, paid in increments of a third in advance, a third 30 days from initiation of search, and a third 60 days after initiation of search. We provide a 90 day guarantee.

Engagement Fee:
In some circumstances, we use an engagement fee structure for contingency searches. In this type of agreement, we receive a non-refundable token fee in advance to ensure that all parties are committed to the search process. This fee is deducted from the first placement fee.
